Show Notes

Body, Mind & Soul is an interview I did with Jack Childs from the UK. I debated long and hard as to whether I should release this on the podcast. After some polling and encouragement from my inner circle, I decided yes In this episode I get into what holistic medicine really is, mind-body medicine and how body, mind and soul are intricately intertwined. We spend a good deal of time talking about my philosophy and approach when working with clients in my practice. I give some case studies and examples. I also dive head first into spirituality: the practice, the implementation and how to bring ancient practices into the modern context. I discuss spiritual escapism vs spiritual seeking and how to root spiritual work in the 3D world so that one can fully manifest their desires. I also want to say, I don't mean to offend anyone in this episode. This is a raw, honest look at where I am at, my views and where I think things are going within the holistic space.
