Show Notes

Extending human longevity is something that humans have sought out since the dawn of time. Or is it? Director, writer and producer of the film, The Human Longevity Project, Jason Prall, explores this concept with me on today’s show.

He traveled to over 50 countries in 2 years and spoke with some of the oldest people on the planet. His quest? To find out the secret to a long, happy life and ultimately: human longevity. In today’s show we get slightly philosophical as much as we talk about some of the more pragmatic and practical things one can do.

There are definitely some surprises on today’s show so I won’t give away too much. The big one for me? Is it worth extending human longevity?
