Show Notes

Toxins in the home extend beyond the list of usual suspects like household cleaners, food additives and chemicals, and personal care products. Dr Rob Brown explores energetic, spiritual and conscious ‘toxins’ and how best to remedy these by integrating things like Feng Shui, Meditation and Sound therapy.

We discuss Rob’s new book “Toxic Home, Conscious Home – A Mindful Approach to Wellness at Home” that gives beautifully simple, yet thorough guidelines on how to clean up your home; both physically and energetically.
