This podcast episode covers a basic protocol with 3 main intentions:

Prevention – covid, flu, immune-strengthening
Protection from spike protein (+ shedding)
Post-vaccine support

Here is the protocol I discuss (scroll down if you’d like to order or feel free to DIY it)

Vitamin D – 4000 IU’s/day
Vitamin C with bioflavonoids – <3000 mg/day
Quercetin – 250 mg – 500 mg per day
Zinc – 25 – 75 mg per day
NAC – 600 mg, twice daily (up to 1800 mg/day)

Optional extras:

Stinging nettle tincture
Black Oxygen Organics (fulvic/humic acids plus trace minerals) – 1 serving per day
C60 Purple Power – 1 tsp per day
